Lemonade Brows was created in full view—every decision made transparently, shaped by conversations with some of the most experienced professionals in the beauty, hair, and wellness industries. While the industry watched, we built something different: a restorative space rooted in thoughtfulness, not trends.

But this wasn’t about making noise. It was about making something that genuinely serves you.

From the lighting to the layout, from the products we use to the way we welcome you in—every detail was chosen with intention. The result is a calm, elevated space that feels like a pause from the outside world. A place where precision, collaboration, and care come standard.

Our Founder

Harmony Tera is the founder of Lemonade, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in the beauty industry. With a CIDESCO Diploma in Aesthetics (the world’s most internationally respected qualification in beauty therapy), she began her career in 2006, working in luxury five-star day spas across Sydney, Auckland, and London.

A passionate entrepreneur, Harmony opened her first salon in 2016, her second in 2021, and now, Lemonade - her third. She specialises in natural, subtle cosmetic brow tattooing, creating effortlessly refined looks for clients who value timeless beauty.

Beyond Lemonade, Harmony is the founder and CEO of Swapp, a platform designed for hair, beauty, and massage professionals. She is also a member of the Self-Regulatory Committee for ABIC (Aesthetic Beauty Industry Council), advocating for high standards in professionalism, hygiene, and industry education.

With a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Harmony continues to shape the beauty industry - one brow at a time.
